As of now we're looking for a Sales Development Representative - Social Media (m/f) to support our Sales team in the field of Social Media and cold calling.

Your responsibilities:

  • Effective utilization of social media hunting tools, i.e. Hootsuite, Quora, Social Mention as well as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Xing.
  • Leverage inbound marketing campaigns with target customer groups
  • Mailing campaigns targeting new leads including follow-up via phone with the objective to schedule appointments for (Senior) Sales colleagues
  • Trigger relevant subject matter discussions in relevant forums, groups and blogs
  • Actively utilize social listening skills and tools to track current market and customer demands and requirements
  • Closely sync and hand over leads to (Senior) Product Sales Rep after initial lead qualification has been achieved
  • Become the subject matter expert for defined POSpulse products and strategies within defined social media channels

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1-3 years Sales experience, ideally in cold calling, Inside Sales or frist working experince in Social-Meadia-Sales
  • Proficiency in German and English language, verbal and written
  • Talent in initiating, building and nurturing business contacts in an online-context
  • Ideally already moderator respectively curator of online groups and content
  • Proficient and well-versed communicator in the online world
  • Confident communication via telephone – picking up the phone does not scare you
  • Well established Internet search skills
  • Quick learner
  • Very good knowledge of Office suite; ideally good Salesforce knowledge
  • Good understanding of the social media universe including Best Practices
