As of the 1st of April, we’re seeking to hire a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f), who is passionate about searching and qualifying new sales opportunities as well as closing high potential deals with customers. Our Sales team DACH is looking forward to your contribution and support!

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships in key market segments and businesses and drive opportunities to closure/conversion
  • Understand the market and customer requirements in order to be able to converse confidently with customers and interested parties about the POSpulse product and service portfolio at all times
  • Develop and deliver opportunity pipelines for key products linked to the POSpulse strategy through the utilization of innovative direct sourcing methods and channels
  • Always ensure an excellent customer experience by employing timely, reliable and high level personal communication standards
  • Clearly link customer business requirements to product capability and customer usage/value, along with and when required an extended (Customer Success Management) team
  • Be a Brand Ambassador and strengthen the employer brand at every opportunity

What we are looking for:

  • Advanced B2B experience and demonstrated B2B sales success either within a relevant industry or customer segment (FMCG experience a benefit)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good proficiency in English and German, verbal and written
  • Extensive understanding of Internet technologies and standards preferable
  • Excellent relationship management skills and capability to build and deliver long-term customer focused solutions
  • Confidence to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty, high levels of pressure and always maintaining a high degree of flexibility
  • Software (MS Office, Email, Salesforce) user experience expected and required
  • Industry knowledge, i.e. FMCG, Retail, Insurance, Banking
